Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in a search box and supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we use the details in your message only to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. Aggregate review helps maintain the service and identify useful pages. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or similar tools.
How Information Is Used
We use limited visitor data to operate the service, diagnose errors, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
County portals, Washington agencies, archives, libraries, and outside search providers apply their own privacy policies. Their rules govern any information entered after leaving our pages, including information submitted for sponsored results.
When Data May Be Shared
Hosting and support vendors process ordinary server logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. Other disclosure occurs only when valid legal process requires it.
Safeguards and Retention
Encrypted connections protect data in transit, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Because visitors create no account, we hold no site password or account profile for them.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. If a person under 18 has sent personal information to us, contact us so that it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Choices
Applicable law may give you rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a website. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, specifically regulates consumer health data rather than creating a universal public-directory removal right. We can check our contact mailbox and server logs when you use the Contact page. Records held by SeaTac, King County, or Washington agencies remain under the control of those custodians.
Policy Changes
Revisions will appear here. Continued use after a revision is posted indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
